Individual coaching with me is a great place to start your journey towards a wonderful life. I have a lot of clients who have traditionally seen therapists and would like to try something new. I also have clients who are therapists getting trained in life coaching, life guiding and life mastery so that he or she can incorporate this work into his or her practice. These 7 programs teach you how to easily and freely deal with challenges in relationships, career, religion and spirituality, money, romance, marriage, health, and life transition such as illness, death, moving, retiring, 'empty nest syndrome' and spontaneous shifts in consciousness. I created these 7 life mastery programs by drawing from my own personal life experiences, utilizing my spiritual gifts as shaman, plus my formal training as a life coach, and yoga teacher. They incorporate the wisdom of many teachers that has been passed down for thousands of years.
